05Photos and video of people

Before a shoot, we ask clients to make sure everyone who appears on camera has agreed to it. If you appear in our work and want an image removed from our own website or social media, email us and we'll take it down.

We only use client work in our portfolio with the client's permission.

06Cookies and website visits

Our website platform uses cookies to make the site work and, if you allow it, to help us understand how visitors use the site. You can choose your settings using the Cookie Preferences link at the bottom of every page.

07How long we keep it

  • Enquiries that don't go ahead: up to 2 years after we last heard from you, then deleted.
  • Client records: invoices and payment records are kept for at least 7 years, as New Zealand tax law requires.
  • Photos and video: kept so we can resupply files if you need them, unless you ask us to delete them.

08Keeping it safe

We protect your information with secure accounts, strong passwords and two step sign in, and we only give access to people who need it to do the work.

If a privacy breach ever happened that was likely to cause serious harm, we would tell you and the Privacy Commissioner, as the law requires.

You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email kazvisuals.co@gmail.com. We'll respond as soon as we can, and within 20 working days.

If you're not happy with how we've handled your information, please talk to us first. You can also contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner.
